Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, checking for accuracy and presentation quality before service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including table settings, condiments, and service areas.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow during peak periods.
  • Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and ensure guests receive correct change or electronic confirmations.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests promptly, escalating to a manager when necessary to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates, preferably aged 30 years or younger.
  • No prior experience required; however, any background in restaurant or F&B service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information politely and clearly.
  • Friendly, approachable personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Team‑oriented mindset, capable of cooperating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage presentation, as well as the etiquette of serving guests.
