Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Officer (AO) – Marketing Credit to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our credit products and prospective corporate or individual borrowers, driving new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will combine a solid foundation in marketing, proven collection experience, and a passion for delivering tailored financing solutions in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new credit customers through targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses, prepare loan proposals, and present viable financing options to clients.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of existing and potential borrowers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the underwriting and risk departments to expedite loan approvals while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables, initiate collection actions, and negotiate repayment plans to minimize delinquency rates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—sales, operations, and compliance—to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, market insights, and forecasting data to senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless borrowing experience.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in banking regulations that impact credit products.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and digital banking tools.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent; D3/D4 preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit collection or debt recovery.
  • Prior experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM/database management.
  • Possession of a well‑maintained customer database and the ability to analyze client profiles.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, diligence, and a results‑oriented work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
  • Valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license) is required.
  • Key soft skills: strategic sales thinking, problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer‑centric mindset.
