Responsibilities
- Close incoming orders promptly, confirming details with customers and securing final approval.

- Process sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, coordinating with inventory and warehouse teams to guarantee timely delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, or chat to clarify order specifications, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment cycle.
- Conduct thorough order verification, including item checks, quality inspections, and correct packaging before dispatch.
- Arrange hand‑over of shipments to customers or courier services, tracking delivery status and confirming receipt.
- Record daily sales transactions, reconcile cash or electronic payments, and generate periodic financial reports for management review.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance metrics by providing accurate order data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that reduce errors and shorten order‑to‑delivery times.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights on customer feedback and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
