Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Pengawas Operasional Senior to join our dynamic team in Muntilan and surrounding areas. This senior supervisory role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations within our food and beverage division, driving quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of supervisory experience, a solid educational background, and a strong commitment to integrity, precision, and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies, health regulations, and service standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and shift rotations for a team of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house personnel, guaranteeing optimal coverage from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies while minimizing waste.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, sanitation, and customer service, conducting periodic training sessions to keep staff up‑to‑date.
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience and safeguarding brand reputation.
- Lead regular safety and hygiene inspections, addressing any non‑conformities and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and present weekly operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and success stories.
- Mentor and develop junior supervisors and team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, seasonal menus, and special projects that drive traffic and revenue.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Age: 30 – 45 years
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) is also acceptable with relevant experience.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Supervisor or Manager in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Residence: Must reside in Muntilan or surrounding areas.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management, basic financial reporting, and familiar with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
