Introduction

This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow by managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all actions are taken within prescribed timelines.
- Monitor and update the A/R aging report daily, identifying high‑risk accounts and escalating issues to senior management.
- Conduct phone calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Analyze repayment trends and provide actionable insights to improve collection strategies and reduce default rates.
- Coordinate with legal counsel when accounts require formal recovery procedures, such as filing police reports or initiating court actions.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews, presenting key metrics and proposing process improvements.
- Uphold Adira’s ethical standards by handling confidential borrower information with utmost integrity and discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current posting.
- Maximum age: 29‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Lubuk Alung branch, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work the standard schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
