We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Leader to join our fast‑growing restaurant in Magelang. As the operational backbone of the venue, you will ensure seamless service across all stations – from cashier and server to kitchen, production, and barista areas. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all service stations, ensuring each crew member performs their duties efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing real‑time feedback and coaching to uphold service excellence.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, stock checks, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock op‑names, and liaise with vendors to guarantee product quality and timely deliveries.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, optimizing shift coverage while respecting labor regulations and employee preferences.
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new hires, emphasizing hygiene standards, customer service protocols, and brand values.
- Implement and enforce safety and security policies, including active SKCK compliance and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure menu consistency, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to recipe standards.
- Analyze operational metrics (e.g., table turnover, average check size) and propose actionable improvements to boost profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints, resolving issues promptly and turning challenges into positive experiences.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (all majors accepted); a focus on hospitality or business is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in Food & Beverage operations is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of motivating and managing staff.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) required.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Readiness to be stationed at our Magelang restaurant.
- Analytical mindset, conflict‑management abilities, and presentation skills for training sessions.
