Responsibilities

- Assess student progress through informal quizzes, formal evaluations, and regular feedback sessions, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Provide homework assistance, exam preparation, and study skill development to improve academic performance and self‑confidence.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere, promoting positive behavior and active participation.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians, offering detailed progress reports and suggestions for at‑home reinforcement.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and the program coordinator to share best practices, resources, and curriculum updates.
- Adhere to the scheduled teaching timetable (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible to accommodate occasional weekend or evening sessions when required.
- Uphold the organization’s standards of professionalism, including punctuality, attire, and ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1). Candidates from education majors are preferred, but all disciplines are welcome.
- Strong passion for teaching and interacting with children and teenagers.
- Capability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) and adapt content to each level’s curriculum.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.

- Residency in or near the assigned work area is a significant advantage.
