Responsibilities

- Develop, schedule, and publish compelling posts, stories, reels, and short‑form videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Write clear, engaging, and SEO‑friendly captions that encourage interaction and sharing.
- Monitor trending topics, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support the creation of monthly content calendars in coordination with the senior social media manager.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, click‑throughs, and follower growth using native analytics tools.
- Prepare concise performance reports and provide basic insights to help refine future campaigns.
- Respond to community comments and messages in a timely, courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure visual assets meet platform specifications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand initiatives, contests, influencer collaborations, and paid social campaigns.
Requirements
- Current final‑year university student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education; equivalent qualifications are accepted.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts, either through internships, freelance projects, or personal branding.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and platform‑specific nuances.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English for caption writing and community interaction.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft captivating, on‑brand copy that drives engagement.
- Detail‑oriented with basic analytical skills to interpret content performance data.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and familiarity with graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for campaign launches.
