Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Cabang Group Lending Pedamaran to lead our micro‑finance operations in the Pedamaran region. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our corporate headquarters and the local community, driving product awareness, managing a high‑performing branch team, and ensuring that loan disbursement targets are met with the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and community outreach to promote our loan products and corporate values at the kecamatan and desa levels.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with local borrower groups (kumpulan), ensuring all approvals and documentation are completed on time.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide daily forecasts of loan disbursement volumes, partner counts, and financing needs to senior management, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform regular on‑site visits to all registered borrower groups to verify compliance and gather feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch reports covering financial results, operational metrics, and risk assessments.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, address challenges, and develop action plans for the upcoming week.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, loan applications, and repayment schedules using our internal management system.
- Support the rollout of new financial products and initiatives, collaborating closely with product development and risk management teams.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 2 years in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related banking services.
- Leadership: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; proficiency in administration, data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic team leadership.
- Personal Qualities: High integrity, discipline, honesty, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
- Mobility: Own motorcycle with a valid SIM C license for travel to remote villages.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
