Introduction
Hanifa Islamic School Pamulang, a leading institution in South Tangerang, is seeking a dedicated Wali Kelas Tematik (Pengelola Kurikulum Tematik) to join our dynamic teaching team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement thematic curriculum units that align with national standards while embedding Islamic teachings and values.
- Design engaging lesson plans, instructional materials, and digital media resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Facilitate classroom activities that encourage student participation, collaborative learning, and reflective thinking.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and school leadership to ensure coherence across subjects.
- Integrate technology effectively, utilizing Microsoft Office, educational software, and online platforms to enhance instruction.
- Organize extracurricular programs, workshops, and community service projects that reinforce the school’s mission.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson outcomes in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in professional development sessions, staff meetings, and parent‑teacher conferences.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct and serve as a positive role model for students and peers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Primary Education (PGSD) or equivalent; D3/D4 accepted for entry‑level consideration.
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) – aligning with school’s staffing policy for this position.
- Age: Open, with a maximum limit of 0 years specified for recent graduates (interpretation: fresh candidates are welcome).
- Experience: At least 1 year of teaching or curriculum development experience in a similar thematic or Islamic education setting.
- Religious orientation: Ikhwan or Akhwat with a Salaf methodology background preferred.
- Strong ability to integrate general subjects with Islamic values (nilai‑nilai syariat).
- Creative mindset with proven ideas for making learning enjoyable and effective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced skills in digital learning media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to work Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑15:30 WIB; flexibility for occasional Saturday activities.
