We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (Spesialis Farmasi) to join our hospital pharmacy team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and verify prescription medications in accordance with hospital protocols and national regulations.
- Conduct medication therapy management, including reviewing drug interactions, dosage appropriateness, and therapeutic alternatives.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes for in‑patients.
- Maintain accurate inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, monitor expiration dates, and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
- Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pharmacy operations and medication safety.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Assist in clinical rounds, offering drug information and recommendations to support evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards, including documentation, labeling, and storage requirements.
- Support the training and mentorship of pharmacy technicians and junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in quality improvement projects, medication error reporting, and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current operational policy.
- Minimum education: DIII (Associate) in Pharmacy; DIII/DIV preferred.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) license issued by the Indonesian Pharmacy Council.
- Strong ethical standards and a proven track record of reliable performance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24‑hour pharmacy coverage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation toward both patients and healthcare staff.
- Ability to handle high‑stress situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for pharmacy management systems and electronic medical records.
- Age requirement: up to 35 years old, with a preference for candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to long‑term professional growth.
