Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive outreach and socialization activities with sub‑district (kecamatan) officials, village heads, RT/RW leaders, and prospective micro‑finance partners to raise awareness of loan products and services.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Group Leaders (GL), Area Officers (AO), and administrative staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing actionable feedback.
- Oversee daily administrative checks, including loan documentation verification, compliance with internal policies, and accurate record‑keeping.
- Implement continuous monitoring of the field team’s activities, ensuring adherence to collection schedules, client interaction protocols, and risk‑mitigation procedures.
- Drive the branch toward achieving and surpassing its quarterly and annual target metrics for loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to regional managers, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to design localized promotional campaigns that resonate with the community’s needs.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, ensuring that all staff adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle or other approved transportation to conduct field visits, client meetings, and community events efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 35 years at the time of joining.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in micro‑finance, banking, or a sales‑driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading small teams and achieving sales or collection targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse community stakeholders.
- Proven problem‑solving ability, strategic thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement.
- Possession of a reliable motorcycle and a valid driver’s license for field operations.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
