Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience insights.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and copy) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to recommend innovative approaches and stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage daily community interaction: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and native platform insights; prepare weekly and monthly reports that highlight key KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion.
- Implement paid social campaigns, set budgets, conduct A/B testing, and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Maintain an editorial calendar, coordinate content deadlines, and ensure all assets comply with legal and brand guidelines.
- Support crisis communication by monitoring sentiment and preparing rapid response plans when needed.
- Contribute ideas for broader digital initiatives, including email marketing, SEO collaboration, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a strong advantage.

- At least 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, able to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and adaptable; comfortable handling feedback and iterative improvement.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
