Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross‑selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving shipments.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and sales trainings to stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and industry trends.
- Collect customer feedback, document inquiries, and forward actionable insights to the store manager.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and store policy guidelines, including proper handling of cosmetics and skincare items.

Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
