You will work a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, engaging with residential customers, explaining product benefits, and closing sales on the spot.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing across assigned neighborhoods in Batam, targeting potential residential customers.
- Present and demonstrate the features of our broadband Wi‑Fi packages, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added services.
- Educate prospects on current promotions, bundle options, and flexible payment plans to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, adhering to company ethics and local regulations during each interaction.
- Collect and verify customer information accurately, inputting leads into the CRM system for follow‑up and reporting.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, tracking performance against quotas and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Provide post‑sale support by answering basic technical questions and directing complex issues to the service team.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and employee gatherings to stay updated on product changes and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 50 years.
- Minimum education: elementary school (SD) or equivalent; higher education is welcomed.
- Possession of a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) for travel to various sales zones.
- Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, including:

- Open to fresh graduates, though prior experience in direct sales or telecom services is a plus.
