Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) while ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling visual assets and copy that align with campaign objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for innovative content.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages promptly, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns, including budget tracking and ROI assessment.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to integrate social initiatives with email marketing, SEO, and offline events.
- Provide solutions to challenges that arise during campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines without direct supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 + year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative thinking with a proactive attitude; able to generate fresh ideas and take initiative without being prompted.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills – comfortable collaborating with designers, copywriters, product managers, and senior leadership.
- Problem‑solving orientation: capable of diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and executing plans efficiently.
