Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Coordinator to lead our sales operations in the Sukabumi region. This full‑time position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a pivotal role in aligning the sales team’s activities with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for building client relationships, and the ability to motivate a diverse sales force to exceed targets.
The role is based in Sukabumi and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, 08:00 – 16:00. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree, be no older than 31 years, and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales coordination or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and regional KPIs.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and detailed work plans that translate high‑level goals into actionable tasks for the team.
- Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, providing insights and corrective actions when performance deviates from expectations.
- Deliver clear direction, ongoing coaching, and performance evaluations to boost motivation and professional development among sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales administration, including order processing, contract management, and the preparation of performance dashboards for senior management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and corporate management, communicating priorities, feedback, and strategic updates.
- Foster and expand relationships with key clients, dealers, and partner organizations to secure repeat business and new opportunities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and on‑the‑ground challenges, recommending tactical adjustments to senior leadership.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to ethical standards.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) – preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 31 years old.

- Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and market analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
