Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Administrator Operasional Marketplace Shopee to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless day‑to‑day operation of our Shopee storefront, handling everything from order fulfillment to vendor coordination. Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end order processing on the Shopee platform, including order verification, payment confirmation, and shipment scheduling.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock reconciliations, and update product listings to reflect real‑time availability.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and marketplace sellers to resolve product inquiries, negotiate terms, and monitor performance metrics.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering sales volume, order accuracy, return rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify bottlenecks in the order lifecycle and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist the customer service team by providing accurate order status updates and handling escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Shopee’s policies, local regulations, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits and support year‑end stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize promotional campaigns, flash sales, and discount events on the marketplace.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Age: 20‑35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketplace operations, e‑commerce administration, or a similar role.
- Core Skills: Strong administrative abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with Shopee’s seller centre.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality, consistent attendance, and adherence to company policies.
