OneMed, a fast‑growing healthcare e‑commerce platform, is expanding its online presence in the Solo (Surakarta) region. We are looking for a dynamic, tech‑savvy Customer Service & Online Administration professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless shopping experiences for our customers on major marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Shopee, while also supporting internal administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented woman under 27 years old who thrives in a fast‑paced, digitally‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace chat tools, ensuring a friendly and professional tone.
- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues on Tokopedia, Shopee, and the company’s own web store.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing updates, and promotional banners across all e‑commerce channels.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with the medical team to verify product information, handle prescription queries, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory data entry, perform regular stock reconciliations, and alert the procurement team of low‑stock situations.
- Conduct routine data backups and ensure that all documentation complies with company SOPs and data‑privacy standards.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, creating posts that promote new products, special offers, and health‑tips.
- Assist in training new staff on platform navigation, typing speed standards, and customer‑service best practices.
- Provide after‑hours support on a rotational basis, including overtime when order volumes spike.
Requirements
- Female candidates, preferably under 27 years of age.
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) or higher; SMA/SMK acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in online customer service or e‑commerce administration.
- Strong typing speed – minimum 60 keystrokes per minute (test at 10fastfingers.com).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Word.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Tokopedia, Shopee, or similar marketplace platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; clear, courteous communication style.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM C driving license.
- High level of honesty, resilience, and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
