Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers across the assigned territory, presenting our product portfolio and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Introduce, install, and activate the company’s application on customer devices, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Carry and demonstrate product samples, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Manage the daily stock of promotional and sales materials (Stokist), including receipt, storage, accurate record‑keeping, and periodic reporting.
- Submit daily activation reports via the designated web or mobile application, maintaining data integrity and timeliness.
- Process customer orders through the internal system, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collect and deposit daily sales proceeds into the specified bank account, adhering to company financial policies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field, influencing future product enhancements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the brand positively in all customer interactions.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in a sales role (preferred).
- Possession of a functional Android smartphone (Android 7 or higher).
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Proficient in operating mobile gadgets, applications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to handle multiple customer visits per day.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during promotional periods.
