We are currently seeking a motivated Staff Pharmacy – Pharmacy Services & Medication Administration to join our dynamic team.
This full‑time position operates Monday through Sunday from 06:30 to 13:30. The role is based in Jember and is ideal for a young professional who is passionate about patient interaction, meticulous inventory management, and administrative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, delivering clear health education (KIE) and guidance on self‑medication practices.
- Maintain accurate ledger records of medication stock levels, expiration dates, and remaining quantities.
- Receive pharmaceutical deliveries, verify completeness and condition, and enter all data into the inventory management system.
- Perform routine administrative duties, including filing prescriptions, preparing invoices, and updating patient records.
- Conduct semi‑annual stock opname, reconciling physical counts with system data and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing compounded medications and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory turnover, expired products, and sales trends.
- Support the pharmacy team during peak hours by managing the checkout process and answering product‑related queries.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new medications, pharmacy software updates, and best practices in patient counseling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; graduates of SMK Pharmacy are strongly preferred.
- Age: up to 22 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated honesty, politeness, quick learning ability, and a strong desire to grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Residency in Jember or willingness to relocate.
- Proficiency in basic pharmacy administration, medication knowledge, and inventory software.
- Soft skills: attention to detail, time‑management, problem‑solving, and the capacity to handle confidential patient information.
