Responsibilities
- Drive offline sales by actively canvassing high‑traffic areas, distributing flyers, and promoting Sozo Skin products to new and existing customers.
- Engage potential clients with compelling product demonstrations, explain key ingredients, and highlight special voucher offers.
- Perform systematic follow‑up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of contacts, sales activities, and customer feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to set weekly targets, track performance, and develop strategies to exceed quotas.
- Represent Sozo Skin at local events, pop‑up stores, and community fairs, reinforcing brand visibility and credibility.
- Provide after‑sales support, address product queries, and coordinate returns or exchanges when necessary.
- Ensure all promotional materials are stocked, organized, and displayed according to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG), sales representative, or similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an easy‑going, customer‑centric attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Own a motorbike or be willing to use personal transportation for mobile selling duties.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the client.
- Key soft skills: ethical communication, sales target achievement, and effective sales management.
