Introduction

The HR People Management – Learning & Development role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and talent growth. As the central point of contact for all learning initiatives, the incumbent will partner with department leads, managers, and senior executives to identify skill gaps, design impactful training programs, and ensure that learning outcomes align with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Learning & Development (L&D) liaison for all departments, handling inquiries, updates, and coordination of learning activities from request to delivery.
  • Lead the full Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) cycle, collaborating with department heads to pinpoint competency gaps and tailor training materials to meet specific functional requirements.
  • Establish clear, regular communication channels with Leads, Managers, and Heads to gather feedback, address challenges, and ensure alignment of learning solutions with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot learning-related issues, offering data‑driven recommendations and overseeing end‑to‑end implementation of classroom, virtual, and e‑learning programs.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of training initiatives, including scheduling, venue selection, facilitator engagement, and post‑training follow‑up.
  • Conduct research and perform quantitative analysis on training effectiveness, measuring key performance indicators such as knowledge retention, behavior change, and business impact.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on L&D activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, highlighting trends, ROI, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Support the design and development of learning assets, leveraging instructional design principles and multimedia tools to create engaging, learner‑centric experiences.
  • Maintain a learning management system (LMS) inventory, ensuring content is up‑to‑date, searchable, and compliant with corporate standards.
  • Champion a “can‑do” culture by encouraging self‑directed learning, mentoring peers, and promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Learning & Development Analyst or in a comparable L&D role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, with a basic understanding of instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and measuring training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fast learner with exceptional time‑management abilities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Positive “can‑do” attitude, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Open to all genders; no upper age limit; availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00.
