Introduction

We are a leading provider of electronic payment solutions, dedicated to empowering small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) across East Java with reliable point‑of‑sale technology. To expand our market presence, we are looking for motivated Sales Acquisition professionals who can effectively canvass potential clients and promote our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines. This role offers a dynamic work environment, a clear performance‑driven target, and the opportunity to grow alongside a fast‑moving fintech company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and outbound calls to identify and engage UMKM owners in the designated territories (Surabaya, Bangkalan, Pamekasan, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Lamongan, and Bojonegoro).
  • Present the features and benefits of our EDC machines, demonstrating how they can increase sales efficiency and reduce cash handling risks.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 1‑3 units by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including basic device setup and coordination with technical service teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and help shape future product enhancements.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle usage, and professional conduct while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle or scooter) for daily travel.
  • No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with small business owners.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
