The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between our financial services platform and the women we serve, ensuring that each client receives tailored guidance, reliable support, and the tools they need to build sustainable livelihoods.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned neighborhoods, establishing strong relationships with women‑owned micro‑enterprises and assessing their business needs.
- Deliver interactive workshops on basic financial management, budgeting, savings discipline, and repayment planning.
- Facilitate group‑based, collateral‑free financing, helping clients access seed capital while monitoring loan performance and ensuring timely installments.
- Listen actively to client concerns, identify obstacles, and propose practical solutions or referrals to complementary services (e.g., vocational training, health programs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial transactions, and progress reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with internal product, risk, and compliance teams to adapt financing products to local market conditions.
- Report weekly to the regional manager on outreach outcomes, emerging trends, and community feedback.
- Represent the organization at community events, local government meetings, and partner gatherings to raise awareness of our mission.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 18‑33 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for meeting new people and building trust.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
