Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operator Sistem Dapodik dan Arkas to join our dynamic team supporting the educational data management and financial reporting processes. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the national school data (Dapodik) and the financial accounting system (Arkas 4.0) operate smoothly, providing accurate information for decision‑making at the school and district levels. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with administrators, teachers, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) system, ensuring timely entry, validation, and reporting of student and school data.
- Manage the Arkas 4.0 accounting platform, including the preparation of BKU (Buku Kas Umum), RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya), and other financial statements.
- Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for school management, regional education offices, and government auditors.
- Prepare and distribute official correspondence, such as memos, circulars, and financial documents, adhering to established formats and deadlines.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff members on the use of Dapodik and Arkas, fostering self‑sufficiency across the organization.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with national education regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to reconcile budget allocations, monitor expenditures, and support the annual budgeting cycle.
- Maintain an organized filing system—both electronic and paper‑based—for all financial and academic records.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and respond to inquiries from auditors and supervisory bodies.
- Demonstrate disciplined work habits, reliability, and a willingness to work both independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any field are highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Dapodik operator or in a similar data‑management role.
- Proficiency in computer operations, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Arkas 4.0 accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare financial reports, budgets, and formal correspondence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Highly disciplined, loyal, and responsible, with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and problem‑solving.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for occasional site visits.
