Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Answer product‑related questions, provide detailed explanations of features, benefits, and promotions, and guide customers toward suitable purchases.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of merchandise to ensure items are in perfect condition before handing them to customers.
- Accurately record all sales transactions into the point‑of‑sale system, maintaining up‑to‑date inventory data.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and support special promotional events.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Participate in regular product knowledge trainings to stay current on new arrivals and seasonal offers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues on the spot, escalating more complex matters to management when necessary.
- Assist in setting up in‑store marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and promotional signage.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate; must not be currently enrolled in higher education.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—honest, adaptable, friendly, and able to work well within a team.
- Physical and mental health that enables standing for long periods and handling a fast‑moving retail environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy for entering sales data and using inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail when checking product condition and maintaining store cleanliness.
