Our mission is to expand the reach of BFI’s motor‑loan products by building a strong network of agents, brokers, and partners across the region. We are looking for energetic, target‑driven individuals to join our field sales team as Marketing Agency Motor representatives. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for motor‑loan debitors by actively recruiting and managing a network of BA/Agents/Mitra BFI.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑potential leads, converting them into successful loan applications secured by motor BPKB collateral.
- Develop and implement agency‑level strategies to boost debtor acquisition, improve customer loyalty, and increase overall productivity.
- Conduct regular field visits to agents, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivational support to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design localized promotional campaigns that resonate with the target market.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports, pipeline analyses, and market insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, agreements, and loan documentation in the company CRM system.
- Participate in community events, motor fairs, and networking sessions to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Professional appearance and strong personal branding.
- Passion for field‑based marketing and sales activities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
