Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit processing for our valued customers. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the sales front‑line, the credit assessment team, and the field operations, guaranteeing that every order is tracked, verified, and communicated efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders from the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Gather, verify, and input complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Conduct credit checks and process applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading results.
  • Communicate credit approval decisions to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and coordinate with the Sales and Home Credit (SHC) team on pending consumer cases.
  • Maintain accurate entry of all customer records, ensuring that the system reflects the latest status of each application.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting any bottlenecks or issues that may affect turnaround time.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports on order volume, processing times, and approval rates for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, credit processing, or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry systems, Microsoft Office, and basic database navigation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
