We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi Kantor dan Dokumentasi to join our dynamic team in the heart of Ngringo, Jaten, Karanganyar. This pivotal role supports the smooth operation of daily office activities, ensures accurate documentation, and provides essential accounting assistance. Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and digital file transfers.
- Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems to guarantee quick retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile basic accounting entries such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate spreadsheets, pivot tables, and analytical reports for management review.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and logistics for internal and external events.
- Monitor office inventory, order supplies, and track asset depreciation records.
- Support the finance department by preparing monthly cash flow statements and assisting with budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and tax filing deadlines.
- Assist senior staff in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, fostering a professional office atmosphere.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred in line with the specific needs of the role.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, charting) and comfortable with other MS Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Traits: Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and motivated to learn and grow within an office administration setting.
- Location: Must be able to commute to the office located in Ngringo, Jaten, Karanganyar.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
