Introduction

The Manager Operasional – Pengelolaan Proses Bisnis is a pivotal role responsible for steering the day‑to‑day operational excellence of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize business processes, and ensure that our production and service delivery pipelines run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all core business processes.
  • Lead a team of supervisors, analysts, and front‑line staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, cycle time, quality yield, and cost variance; generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate resource allocation—including manpower, equipment, and materials—to meet production schedules while minimizing waste.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root‑cause analyses, and drive corrective actions using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal audit requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between operations, finance, procurement, and customer service departments to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of control systems for machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts that support operational continuity.
  • Prepare and present operational dashboards to executives, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field is a plus.
  • Relevant work experience in operations management or process improvement (entry‑level candidates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and foster teamwork.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability; a track record of responsible decision‑making.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high‑pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting machine control systems.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
