Introduction
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Expansion (Project Area) – Mobile. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing the quality, accuracy, and neatness of operational processes across multiple project sites, from initial site preparation to the final validation of product storage. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, field‑based environment, traveling to various locations as projects are launched, relocated, or merged. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and efficiency of our logistics network while developing a deep understanding of warehouse management systems and supply‑chain best practices.
Responsibilities
- Print and affix SLOC labels and way‑finding signage according to the detailed project layout, ensuring every location is clearly identified.
- Verify the correct identification and placement of items during inbound processes, preventing mis‑stocking and supporting accurate inventory records.
- Arrange and display products following the prescribed planogram, maintaining visual standards that aid picking efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular validation and tidying of the project area, updating product location data in the warehouse management system to reflect any changes.
- Prepare daily field reports that summarize inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions taken, providing clear communication to the project management team.
- Collaborate closely with project coordinators, warehouse supervisors, and logistics partners to ensure all activities adhere to established standards and timelines.
- Adapt quickly to mobile work conditions, traveling to new sites as needed for warehouse openings, relocations, or hub mergers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest layout adjustments, and support training of on‑site staff on labeling and storage procedures.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, ensuring that all labeling, signage, and storage practices meet occupational health standards.
- Utilize handheld devices or mobile applications to capture real‑time data, enhancing traceability and reducing manual entry errors.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or a related logistics role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of stock control principles and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in using mobile devices for data entry and barcode scanning.
- Ability to read and interpret layout drawings, planograms, and way‑finding schematics.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with diverse project teams.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in varied locations and changing environments.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing issues.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse aisles safely.
- Work Schedule: Mobile deployment based on project timelines; typical hours 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for overtime when project milestones demand.
