We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales crew at partner outlets in East Jakarta. As a Crew Penjualan Toko, you will become the face of Home Credit, helping customers understand and use our convenient payment options while delivering an outstanding in‑store experience. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner retail stores, both in street‑level locations and shopping malls.
- Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and guide shoppers through the application and payment process using tablets or Android smartphones.
- Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to create engaging content that highlights financing offers, special promotions, and success stories, thereby driving foot traffic to the outlet.
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and ensure the sales counter is organized, stocked with promotional materials, and compliant with brand standards.
- Collect and verify required customer documentation, input data accurately into the Home Credit system, and follow up on pending approvals.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to regional supervisors.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and role‑play exercises to continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
- Provide post‑sale support, including answering follow‑up inquiries, troubleshooting payment issues, and assisting with installment schedule adjustments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 40 years old.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage customers in a friendly yet persuasive manner.
- Strong desire for challenges and a results‑driven mindset.
- Professional, neat appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ownership of a functional Android smartphone for mobile app usage and social media promotion.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in East Jakarta, whether on the street or within a mall.
- Basic digital literacy: familiarity with Android OS, messaging apps, and social media platforms.
