Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic production team as an Assistant Production. Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in developing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to track material requirements, monitor inventory levels, and facilitate timely delivery of construction supplies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports using MS Office tools, highlighting key performance indicators such as productivity rates, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Conduct on‑site inspections to verify that construction activities adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the implementation of lean construction practices, identifying waste and proposing process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, structural engineers, and contractors—to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and respond swiftly to any production‑related challenges.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all production activities, change orders, and client communications.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget tracking, and financial reporting related to production operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Civil Engineering (S1 preferred).
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates up to 30 years old are preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in production management concepts, material requirement analysis, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: High discipline, strong dedication, ability to work independently or within a team, excellent communication, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct site visits and tolerate typical construction site conditions.
- Availability: Full‑time position with working hours from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday through Friday (exact days to be confirmed).
