Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Canvasser to join our fast‑growing field team in Lima Puluh Kota. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our leading telecommunications brands—XL, Axis, and Smartfren—and a network of retail outlets. This role is pivotal for expanding market share, ensuring product visibility, and delivering promotional programs that drive consumer adoption across the region.
Responsibilities
- Actively sell XL, Axis, and Smartfren mobile products and service plans to partner retail outlets, meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of the three brands’ products at each assigned outlet, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet local demand.
- Deliver and clearly explain promotional programs, new product launches, and special offers to outlet staff, providing training and supporting materials as needed.
- Distribute and set up promotional materials (posters, flyers, stand‑up displays) to maximize brand visibility within each store.
- Follow a structured daily visit schedule, documenting each outlet interaction in the company’s CRM system and reporting any issues or opportunities to the regional sales manager.
- Gather market intelligence—such as competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer feedback—to help shape future sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange timely deliveries and resolve any stock discrepancies.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct while representing the brands in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 35‑36 years.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and own a reliable motorcycle for field travel.
- Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for CRM and reporting apps.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and a courteous demeanor.
- Proven ability to work under target‑driven environments; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Residency in Lima Puluh Kota or surrounding districts.
- Required documents: cover letter, CV, scanned copies of latest diploma, police clearance (SKCK), identity card (KTP), family card (KK), recent 3×4 cm red‑background photo, and any additional supporting documents.
