Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor table turnover, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining stations, including arranging tableware, napkins, and condiments.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales records using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and elevate more complex issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy, special dietary requests, and timely service.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and safety protocols.
- Uphold health‑and‑safety standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving service flow, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible attitude.
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with a store management or POS system.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- No prior experience required, though prior hospitality or customer‑service exposure is advantageous.
