We are looking for a dynamic Staf Dapur Pengawas Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our fast‑growing restaurant outlet. The position is based at a high‑traffic location that serves both lunch and dinner crowds, operating from 12:00 – 17:00 on Tuesdays through Sundays. This role is ideal for energetic individuals aged 18‑25 who can balance a part‑time schedule of 4‑6 hours per shift while delivering exceptional operational and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service during peak lunch and dinner periods.
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular spot checks and maintaining clean workstations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor new kitchen staff on proper food handling, equipment usage, and customer service etiquette.
  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house teams to synchronize order flow and reduce wait times.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily production, waste, and cleaning schedules.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to unexpected rushes, adjusting workflow to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is serviced regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings to discuss performance metrics, menu updates, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Age: 18‑25 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; active university students are also welcome.
