Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to their tables while presenting menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and refilling condiments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or additional needs.
- Process payments using point‑of‑sale systems, issue receipts, and handle cash responsibly.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as mandated by local regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks for tableware, linens, and service supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates currently enrolled in college are also welcome.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific shift).
- Age: Must be 24 years old or younger.
- No prior experience required, though any background in food and beverage service is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and strong work discipline.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a six‑hour shift from 16:00 to 22:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Basic proficiency in handling food and drink service equipment and a willingness to learn standard operating procedures.
