We are seeking a diligent and reliable Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi to join our fast‑growing logistics hub in Bogor. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a junior high school education and are eager to start a career in warehouse operations. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every parcel is correctly sorted, scanned, and prepared for timely delivery to customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Sort and group incoming packages according to designated delivery areas or shipment codes, maintaining strict accuracy.
- Scan barcodes for each parcel, cross‑checking the information against the warehouse management system to prevent mismatches.
- Inspect the physical condition of each package, confirming that items are undamaged and properly sealed before they leave the facility.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities, including positioning pallets, operating hand trucks, and securing cargo for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by regularly sweeping aisles, disposing of waste, and arranging sorting stations.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or system errors to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation when required.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred; must be physically fit and capable of lifting moderate loads.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and a personal bank account for salary disbursement.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate data entry and barcode scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with teammates and supervisors.
- Commitment to punctuality, with a regular work schedule of Monday‑Tuesday, 08:00‑17:00.
