Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Creative Admin & Live Host to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team in Bali. This hybrid role blends administrative precision with on‑camera charisma, supporting our online marketplace while engaging audiences during live streaming events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual design, solid editing skills, and the confidence to present products live, driving sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and schedule daily live‑selling sessions on popular marketplace platforms, ensuring a smooth broadcast flow.
  • Create eye‑catching promotional graphics using Canva to highlight product features, discounts, and limited‑time offers.
  • Edit short‑form product videos in CapCut, adding captions, transitions, and music to maximize viewer engagement.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar, coordinating with the marketing and inventory teams to align live sessions with stock availability.
  • Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions, demonstrating product usage, and encouraging purchases through persuasive storytelling.
  • Track sales performance and generate post‑event reports, analyzing conversion rates and viewer metrics to continuously improve future broadcasts.
  • Assist the administrative team with data entry, order processing, and customer follow‑up to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end purchasing experience.
  • Uphold brand standards by presenting a polished and professional appearance during all live and recorded content.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social‑media tools to keep our live sessions fresh and competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in photo editing with Canva.
  • Advanced video editing skills using CapCut.
  • Demonstrated experience as a live host or presenter, preferably in an e‑commerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of online sales processes on major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Professional and attractive personal presentation.
  • Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
