Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Motorist for FMCG to join our dynamic distribution team in Jampang. This role focuses on direct, face‑to‑face sales of fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) to retail outlets and end‑customers within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly adaptable, and capable of building lasting relationships while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes, visiting stores, kiosks, and individual customers to promote and sell a portfolio of FMCG products.
  • Introduce new product lines, explain benefits, and communicate promotional offers to maximize shelf presence and turnover.
  • Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners and key decision‑makers, providing exceptional after‑sales support.
  • Monitor inventory levels on each route, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product availability to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Record all sales transactions accurately, complete daily sales reports, and update the company’s CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and set up attractive product displays that comply with company branding and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer feedback, and relay insights to the sales manager.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall regional growth objectives.
  • Handle cash, vouchers, and electronic payments securely, and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.

  • Zero or more years of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing routes, product assortments, and market conditions.
  • Basic administrative skills for accurate sales reporting and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Self‑discipline to manage time effectively, adhere to a 07:30‑17:00 schedule, and work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company‑provided motorbike for route coverage.
  • Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading of goods and to travel extensively throughout the territory.
