Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Operasional Gudang – Logistik & Penyimpanan to join our fast‑growing warehouse team. This pivotal role ensures that inbound shipments are accurately received, inventory levels are meticulously maintained, and outbound orders are packed and dispatched on schedule. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with procurement, sales, and delivery partners to keep the supply chain flowing smoothly.
The position is based at our central distribution hub, operating six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:30. As a key member of the logistics department, you will play a direct part in supporting the company’s commitment to on‑time delivery, product safety, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and validate incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Record receipt data in the warehouse management system (WMS) and update inventory counts promptly.
- Prepare and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring correct items, quantities, and proper labeling.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to guarantee that parcels leave the warehouse on time and reach the intended destination without damage.
- Monitor stock levels, generate low‑stock alerts, and assist in the replenishment planning process.
- Maintain organized storage locations, conduct regular cycle counts, and perform periodic physical inventory checks.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate daily reports, picking lists, and inventory summaries for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as reducing packing time, optimizing space utilization, or enhancing accuracy, and propose actionable solutions.
- Assist with special projects, including warehouse layout redesign, implementation of new WMS modules, or training of new staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
