Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, answering questions about ingredients, allergens, and recommended pairings.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food‑safety regulations and the bakery’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, performing regular stock counts to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, checking quality, and storing supplies in appropriate conditions.
- Collaborate with bakers, shift supervisors, and sales staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in daily briefings, offering suggestions for product improvements or operational efficiencies.
- Document production yields, waste, and any equipment issues for continuous improvement reporting.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of bakery equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes accurately and work with measuring tools.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.

- Organizational skills for effective stock control and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
