Introduction

AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform focused on expanding financial inclusion across Indonesia, is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Agent Partner – Penjualan Akuisisi (Tebo). This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our agent network, ensuring that new partners are onboarded, educated, and fully equipped to represent AmarthaLink’s suite of digital financial services. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales managers, product teams, and existing agents to meet aggressive acquisition targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents for the AmarthaLink platform, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive outreach campaigns, including face‑to‑face visits, virtual webinars, and community events, to showcase the benefits and mechanics of AmarthaLink services.
  • Educate prospective agents on product features, compliance requirements, and revenue‑sharing models, ensuring they understand the value proposition for both end‑customers and themselves.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with acquired agents, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance feedback.
  • Deliver hands‑on training sessions covering system navigation, transaction processing, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, settlement cycles, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee smooth operations and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand patterns to craft targeted expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports summarizing acquisition results, agent performance metrics, and market insights for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to develop localized promotional materials and ensure agents adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and update status daily to reflect progress and next steps.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably within PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with the assigned geographic area and an existing network of potential business contacts.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C; willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical persuasion and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field while aligning with team objectives.
  • High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast‑changing fintech environment.
  • Gender: Open to all candidates.
  • Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend events as required.
