Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to a predefined list of stores, kiosks, and direct customers, ensuring coverage of the assigned territory.
- Present and promote the company’s FMCG portfolio, highlighting key product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with shop owners, managers, and purchasing agents to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels on the motorbike, monitor stock turnover, and coordinate replenishment with the distribution center.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update inventory logs, and submit detailed daily reports through the company’s mobile CRM system.
- Communicate new product launches, price changes, and promotional campaigns to customers promptly.
- Ensure product displays, shelf‑placement, and merchandising standards align with brand guidelines.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and relay actionable insights to the sales manager.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies on pricing and discounting.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as invoice preparation and cash collection, with high accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorbike safely.
