Introduction

To support our growing network of customers, we are seeking a motivated Operator – Setting and Assembly who will travel nationwide to install, configure, and maintain fitness machines on‑site. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically strong, detail‑oriented, and enjoy direct interaction with customers while ensuring that every piece of equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all components and tools required for the pre‑assembly (Pra‑Rakit) of fitness equipment, verifying inventory against packing lists.
- Travel to customer locations throughout Indonesia and perform on‑site assembly (setting) of treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, and other gym hardware.
- Conduct thorough post‑assembly inspections to confirm compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and execute routine maintenance or corrective repairs on equipment that shows signs of malfunction or wear.
- Provide clear, friendly product education and operating instructions to end‑users, addressing any questions about usage, safety, and warranty coverage.
- Document each installation and service call in the company’s CRM system, noting any parts used, time spent, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, manage spare‑part inventory, and coordinate with regional sales representatives.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation for punctuality, reliability, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in equipment setting, assembly, or maintenance, preferably in the fitness or mechanical industry.
- Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varied environments.
- Strong problem‑identification skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to educate customers and build trust.
- Adaptability and a willingness to travel extensively across all regions of Indonesia, often staying overnight.
- Basic computer literacy for logging service reports and accessing technical manuals.
- Key soft skills: reliability, attention to detail, time management, and a customer‑centric mindset.
