As a Picker and Packer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. Responsibilities
- Picker duties
- Monitor the incoming order queue in real‑time and verify each new order against system alerts.
- Print and organize inventory (INV) orders, ensuring all documentation is correct before picking begins.
- Locate and retrieve items from designated storage locations, matching each SKU to the printed INV order with precision.
- Perform quality checks on selected products to prevent damages or mismatches.
- Maintain a tidy picking area, restocking replenishment bins when necessary.
- Packer duties
- Scan each item’s barcode and confirm it matches the order sheet, recording any discrepancies in the system.
- Pack products according to company standards, using appropriate protective materials and labeling.
- Coordinate with the dispatch system to call drivers, sending order notifications ( “tembak order”) directly to the assigned driver’s device.
- Load packed items into the driver’s bag or cart, double‑checking that the contents correspond to the manifest.
- Hand over the completed bag to the driver, confirming receipt and documenting the handoff.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Report any inventory inconsistencies, equipment issues, or workflow bottlenecks to the shift supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by client requirements).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Basic literacy for reading order sheets and printing documents.
- Comfort with handheld barcode scanners and simple warehouse management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items (up to 15 kg) repeatedly during an 8‑hour shift.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with drivers and team members.
- Soft Skills:

- Attention to detail to minimize picking and packing errors.
- Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods.
- Adaptability to changing order volumes and shifting priorities.
