Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative – Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is tailored for a motivated Muslim woman who values punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or experienced professional with at least two years of customer‑facing experience, fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian, and capable of delivering exceptional support to our growing client base.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, ensuring each customer receives accurate information and a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, updating account notes and tracking issue resolution status.
- Identify and resolve common product or service inquiries, escalating complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly service level targets, including response time, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to provide seamless service and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm issue closure and gather post‑service feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product updates, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Uphold the company’s brand image by presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Manage workload efficiently during peak periods while maintaining composure under pressure.
Requirements
- Female, Muslim, unmarried, and able to observe the five daily prayers.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Highly trustworthy, detail‑oriented, disciplined, and well‑presented.
- Ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, email platforms) and experience using CRM tools.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
