Introduction

The Implementator Mobile Office role is a pivotal position within our logistics and operations team. Based in a fast‑growing environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of mobile assets, ensuring that all equipment, tools, and fleet components are transferred, tracked, and reported accurately. This role supports daily operational needs, project‑specific requirements, and long‑term asset stewardship, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of our mobile office solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Asset Transfer and Reporting: Coordinate the dispatch of assets each day according to operational demand, prepare and file a detailed Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST), and document the condition of each item before and after transfer.
  • Asset Utilization Reporting: Generate comprehensive usage reports that include up‑to‑date photographs, layout diagrams, and status checks to verify that assets align with inventory records.
  • Periodic Storage Audits: Conduct monthly inspections of assets stored in warehouses, update inventory logs, and flag any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
  • Project & Fleet Asset Management: Align asset quantities with fleet requirements, oversee the assembly and disassembly of modular racks for project sites, and manage hub opening/closing procedures.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the company’s asset management system, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support audit activities.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with project managers, field technicians, and procurement teams to anticipate asset needs and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline asset handling processes, propose cost‑saving measures, and implement best practices for mobile office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • No prior experience required; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in asset management is essential.
  • Key skills: Basic asset management, attention to detail, proficiency in using mobile devices for data capture, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Soft skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective written and verbal communication, teamwork orientation, problem‑solving mindset, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with inventory software or spreadsheets and comfort handling basic logistics equipment.
  • Work schedule: Standard business hours, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for project‑related activities.
