Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and probing questions, then recommend appropriate electronic products and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage scenarios to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and promoting promotional offers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest technology trends, product specifications, and competitive landscape.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with patience and effective problem‑solving techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring proper documentation and cash handling.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product placement, and inventory replenishment to keep the store looking fresh and organized.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, security, and ethical conduct, including maintaining an active SKCK and presenting a clean, professional appearance (no tattoos or piercings).
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years old.
- At least one (1) year of proven sales experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Passion for technology and a solid understanding of electronic products such as smartphones, laptops, home appliances, and accessories.
- Willingness to be based in the Malang area for the duration of employment.
- Active police clearance (SKCK) and a professional appearance (no visible tattoos or body piercings).
